A leading education catering company in Leeds is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to oversee multiple sites. Ideal candidates will have multisite management experience, a passion for food, and the ability to foster strong client relationships. You will assist in kitchen operations as needed and maintain a resilient, organized approach. This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 plus benefits including a bonus potential and qualifications development opportunities.

The role…
Operations Support Manager
Supporting Leeds & Harrogate Area
Monday to Friday
45 hours per week
52 weeks per year (25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays)
£38,000 per year plus car allowance of £3840 per year (paid monthly)
Bonus potential of up to 10% (Discretionary) of salary based on performance, free meals on shift, uniform, pension and other great company benefits
Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Operations Support Managers to join our team. Geographically, you will support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites.
You will need multisite management experience, a passion for food and service and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed
It’s all “me, me, me”
You will have managed at least 4 sites; managing and guiding the chef managers with the day-to-day running of the site as well as building excellent client relationships.
A chef by trade and still be happy to be in the kitchen when needed
You will be comfortable conversing at all levels, from the kitchen to the board room.
You will also be self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised; with an understanding of how to prioritise effectively.
You won’t be afraid of the Office suite and will be a dab hand at producing spreadsheets and presentations to show how well you’re doing
