Sales Support Co-ordinator – Liverpool – Ref 2602

Our client is a leading global supplier of raw materials to the rotational moulding industry. They are recruiting for two Sales Support Co-ordinators to join their team on-site in Liverpool to provide internal and external sales support as well as order processing and other administrative support.

About the Role:
  • Administrative support, liaising between customers and RSM’s checking sales history, lead times, stock levels etc.
  • Enter customer sales orders both timely & accurately on the system.
  • Provide an effective after-sales service ensuring all customer sales orders are acknowledged, confirmed and invoiced.
  • Answer telephones, identify caller and direct calls to correct person within the company when applicable.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties and provide support in the Sales Support Team as and when required.
  • Ensure all certificates of analysis / conformity are sent to customers within 48 hours of the notification being received.
