A leading marketing agency in the UK is looking for a Head of Client Services & Strategy to lead their Client Services division. The role involves managing client relationships, driving marketing excellence, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. The Head of Client Services & Strategy will lead MeMo’s Client Services division, overseeing the delivery of exceptional client experience, strategic excellence, and commercial performance across all accounts. This individual will act as a senior strategic partner to key clients and an internal driver of best-in-class marketing thinking, ensuring that every campaign and initiative aligns with client objectives and delivers measurable results.
Working cross-functionally with MeMo’s PR & Influencer, Digital Marketing, and Social Media & Content divisions, this role ensures that all strategies are seamlessly integrated, insight-driven, and executed collaboratively to achieve the greatest impact for clients.
This is a pivotal role in MeMo’s next stage of growth - shaping how we deliver marketing excellence for some of the most exciting names in hospitality.
To excel in this role, you’ll be an experienced, commercially minded marketing leader with a strong grounding in hospitality and a passion for delivering measurable impact. You’ll bring a blend of strategic vision, client leadership, and operational excellence — able to inspire teams, challenge thinking, and drive growth across MeMo’s divisions.
