A dynamic wellness-focused brand based in the United Kingdom is seeking a creative content creator to lead the charge in making eye care mainstream. You will leverage your skills in short-form video production and trend spotting to deliver engaging content across platforms. This remote-first role offers the chance to influence culture and enjoy creative freedom with a competitive salary. Join us to help define our brand refresh and inspire others to care about their eye health.
We’re Ocushield - the optometrist-led, award-winning eye‑care brand helping the world see, feel and perform better.
2 M+ users. 143 countries. 10+ years in the game. And we’re just warming up.
Eye health is about to have the same moment gut health, sleep and supplements had – and we’re building the brand that’s going to lead that wave.
If you want to shape the next frontier of wellness… hop in.
We need a creator with ideas, speed and a bias for action – someone who sees a trend and thinks, “give me 20 minutes, I’ve got something.”
Your mission?
Make eye care impossible to ignore.
Deliver 1.5M+ impressions in 12 months across IG, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Create content that educates, entertains and maybe even breaks the internet (we’ll take a small corner of it).
💸 Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE
🏡 Logistics: Remote first, with regular London meet‑ups for content creation.
This isn’t a “manage the feed” job.
This is:
Help us build a movement. Shape a rebrand. Influence culture. Bend the algorithm to your will.
You’ll get:
We’re not making posts.
We’re making eye wellness mainstream.
