Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced, energetic Communication and Marketing leader who can really land the mission and impact of our work.

Overview

In this exciting role, you will work across teams, supporting our mission to:

  • Develop a Marketing and Communications strategic and operational plan covering all social and digital routes to grow and engage our audiences and market a variety of products and our programme.
  • Bring to life the stories of our apprentices and programme graduates, fostering a culture of storytelling across a range of media.
  • Engage our audience with campaigns that we devise or collaborate on.
  • Lead on all aspects of marketing across our website, social media, and email, including the development of bespoke automated journeys for specific audiences and creating content that our existing audiences will engage with and drive the growth of our target audiences.
  • Support the Director of Fundraising and Marketing to oversee communications and marketing for new philanthropic and commercial opportunities.
  • Develop marketing assets (digital and print) that can be used across the team and by external stakeholders.
  • Be the custodian of our brand, developing a strong brand identity and positioning that can enable us to be well positioned to attract our three core audiences: funders, employer partners, and young people.
