An independent retail brand design studio in London is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to oversee one of their biggest retail accounts. You will own the delivery of various retail assets, manage production logistics, and act as the main contact for clients. Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of a wide range of retail assets from concept to final delivery.
- Manage production logistics, including negotiating with suppliers and building timelines.
- Act as the daily point of contact for clients, guiding them through the creative process.
Skills
We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Project Manager to join an independent retail brand design studio in London. You’ll be partnering closely with another Senior PM to run the day-to-day of one of their biggest retail accounts – an iconic UK household name with plenty of exciting, fast-moving work.
- Owning the delivery of a wide range of retail assets – POS, shopper materials, promotional comms – from concept all the way through to final delivery.
- Managing production logistics: scoping requirements, negotiating with suppliers, resourcing, building timelines, and keeping everything moving smoothly through the studio.
- Acting as the daily point of contact for your clients – guiding them confidently through the creative process, building great relationships, and spotting opportunities to grow and strengthen the account.
- Working at pace across high-volume retail projects while keeping a sharp eye on detail and delivering top-quality work every time.
- Solid experience in production management, ideally within retail, print, and/or shopper marketing.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys juggling multiple moving parts.
