We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!**Day-to-day duties:*** Asbestos management – Coordinate with clients and specialist contractors, handle scheduling, resident liaison, and ensure compliance paperwork is completed.* Scaffolding coordination – Oversee assessments, permits, bookings, and removals, ensuring full compliance and timely updates for all involved parties.* Decant coordination – Manage decant cases, ensuring all logistics are in place and that the client receives regular updates.* Legal Disrepair management – Handle complex legal disrepair cases, including evidence gathering, coordination, and urgent scheduling.* Operative scheduling and job monitoring – Schedule and monitor operatives’ diaries across geographical areas, ensuring jobs are carried out efficiently and on time.* Client correspondence – Manage client communication via email, ensuring all correspondence is responded to promptly and accurately.**Role Criteria:*** Previous experience in compliancy desirable but not essential.* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.* Strong customer service ethos with clear, effective communication.* IT literate, with experience in scheduling and compliance tools.* Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK.
