A leading derivatives marketplace is seeking a Risk Management Analyst in Belfast. This role involves evaluating and monitoring credit risk related to counterparties, utilizing financial analysis and internal models. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in finance or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in risk management or finance. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Bloomberg are required. The position also involves some travel for due diligence reviews. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of credit, finance, accounting or risk management work experience.
  • Understanding of futures and options is a prerequisite.
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate CME Clearing’s counterparties and exposures through financial analysis.
  • Monitor markets and counterparties daily and report notable news.
  • Utilize internal credit model to rate counterparties.
