Salary: £46k + van/fuel card + overtime, private healthcare
Location: Central Belt (London area coverage)
- Work on a mobile basis, carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning / HVAC appliances for commercial properties such as university sites, retail, offices, etc.
- Perform annual servicing/PPM and troubleshoot reactive maintenance on systems such as VRVs, VRFs, splits, AHUs, FCUs.
- Cover in and around the London area.
- Take advantage of plentiful overtime.
- Personal use of the van allowed.
- Good customer service skills, well‑presented and articulate, able to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F‑Gas, City & Guilds NVQ.
- Prior experience working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of appliances; commitment to being developed in new areas where required.
- Motivated and trustworthy.
