Responsibilities

• Dealing with entire process of residential sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity etc. with minimum supervision
• All associated activities and dealings with clients, other side, third parties, lenders, HMRC and HMLR etc.
• All post completion procedures

• Knowledge and experience of residential property transactions ideally 3 to 4 years minimum
• Ability to operate with minimum supervision
• Knowledge and understanding of all legal firm compliance requirements e.g. AML, GDPR, Cyber and Fraud regulations.
