Role Overview

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll manage the full sales administration process—from client onboarding to completion. You’ll be the engine behind a smooth sales journey, ensuring clients and applicants receive a seamless, professional service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings and valuation appointments
  • Prepare accurate, engaging property descriptions for listings
  • Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and clients
  • Make proactive calls to applicants with updates and new property opportunities
  • Keep CRM systems updated with all sales and client activity
  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as a reliable point of contact throughout the sales process
  • Occasionally carry out property viewings when required
