Job summary
A leading waste management company in Wakefield is seeking an HWRC Site Operative. You'll provide high-quality customer service and ensure health and safety compliance on site. Key responsibilities include overseeing waste segregation, maintaining site cleanliness, and managing traffic flows. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and service. This role offers a salary of £23,730 per annum with a shift pattern of 4 on/4 off, averaging 33.53 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to site users.
- Ensure segregation of waste into appropriate containers.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the site.
- Control traffic flows for safe operation.
- Report any site defects and follow safety procedures.
