Due to a promotion within the team we now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Nelson team and provide leadership across a variety of projects.
We are seeking a motivated and driven team member, with New Zealand main contractor experience, who is proficient in delivering premium commercial projects.
You will have a minimum of ten years’ experience with a proven track record of delivering large scale profitable projects, with excellent analytical skills to understand and interpret complex technical specifications, drawings and documents and formulate work programmes from them.
Above all, you will be passionate delivering innovative solutions to our clients and have the aptitude to lead, manage and motivate effective project teams and sub‑contractors.
You will take ownership of outcomes for assigned projects, ensuring that the projects are delivered safely and successfully by creating a team oriented and collaborative work environment with a quality and cost‑effective service being delivered to our clients.
