Responsibilities
- Assist with hearing screening and pre‑consultation procedures.
- Support Audiologists during hearing tests and fittings.
- Provide advice on hearing aid care, maintenance and use.
- Deliver ongoing customer support including follow‑up appointments and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the day‑to‑day smooth running of the hearing care service.
