Responsibilities

• Assist with hearing screening and pre‑consultation procedures.
• Support Audiologists during hearing tests and fittings.
• Provide advice on hearing aid care, maintenance and use.
• Deliver ongoing customer support including follow‑up appointments and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle administrative tasks.
• Contribute to the day‑to‑day smooth running of the hearing care service.
