A leading entertainment company in the UK seeks a Field Service Technician to support gaming operations across venues. You'll be responsible for installations, updates, and on-site training while traveling frequently. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible to support the products within the gaming operation across the region and estate to maximise the revenue and profit opportunity. This role works closely with suppliers, support based teams and operations to ensure a quick response to requested product moves and to undertake product installations and alterations of layouts, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company policy and health and safety.
