A leading facilities management company is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Dunfermline. The role involves leading a cleaning team, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates should have strong people skills, experience in a similar cleaning environment, and the ability to manage and train team members effectively. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 10:30pm. This is a busy role requiring a proactive leader who ensures smooth operations.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be the main point of contact for clients and managers on site. You will coordinate and lead a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support the training and induction of new staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
