Marketing Director executes excellence across the division’s services and foster lasting
client relationships.
The role requires exceptional relationships within the UK influencer and social landscape,
a strong understanding of local beauty culture, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with
wider agency teams across Communications & Brand Experience.
The Influencer Marketing Director is an inspiring leader and mentor, empowering the
Community X SEEN Advocacy & Partnerships team to excel, innovate and push creative
boundaries – and works closely with the divisions Head of to drive new opportunities with both
existing and prospective clients.
The Influencer Marketing Director role demonstrates curiosity and a commitment to
continuous learning, staying ahead of the fast-moving worlds of social media, influencer
marketing, and beauty culture through ongoing self-development and industry awareness.
