A leading property agency in Chester is seeking a Valuer to join their dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role offers an OTE of up to £40,000. - Assisting the Sales manager in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales
- Undertake measure ups, photographs & brochure production
- Being acutely aware of your own stock numbers and profile for sale, with a strong awareness of local competition's stock
- Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities
- Ensuring there is cross‑selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments, particularly FS and Lettings
- Negotiating sales to a successful exchange and completion
- Support the Sales manager to meet branch business plan targets
- Developing commercial understanding of branch profit and loss
