Veterinary Surgeon page is loaded## Veterinary Surgeonlocations: Aberdare, Rhondda Cynon Taff: Merthyr Tydfil, Merthyr Tydfiltime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR002557We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our teams at Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil.We’re looking for a Vet who enjoys a balance of surgery and medicine, working alongside our surgery and dentistry certificate holder, a supportive team of vets committed to high clinical standards, and nurses who actively undertake Schedule 3 procedures.Merthyr Tydfil is a busy first opinion practice seeing a high volume of ECC cases. The clinic is based in a spacious building with three consulting rooms, an operating theatre, and an imaging room, and we work closely with VVS for additional ultrasound support when needed.Aberdare is a friendly community practice located in the heart of the Cynon Valley. The area offers a great mix of amenities, scenic walks, and easy access to wider South Wales, making it a lovely place to work with a loyal and welcoming client base.This role is part-time, working Monday and Tuesday (9am–6pm) at Aberdare and Friday (8:30am–6:30pm) at Merthyr Tydfil, with 1 in 4 Saturdays.We are also open to discussing full-time options.
