Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for assessing patients' functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to promote independence in daily activities. This position involves close collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care, accurate documentation of progress, and education for patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use. The OT ensures all care is delivered in compliance with professional, regulatory, and safety standards.
