As a part‑time bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include

• Maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Efficiently processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Reconciling bank statements to ensure precise financial reporting.
• Filing VAT and CIS returns.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong numerical proficiency and analytical capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (Not Essential): Relevant qualification in finance or accounting.
