All posts involve working Monday to Friday each week. Please see below for further details on hours available.The Learning Support Assistant is responsible for providing support to our pupils and teachers within the school to provide a high quality education and targeted provision. The successful candidates will work with whole classes, small groups of children and pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on an individual 1:1 basis.This role is a rewarding one with the successful candidate having the opportunity to gain more experience in the classroom, and work with a supportive team.**Posts available (All posts are for 39 weeks, Term Time + Inset days and are fixed term until 23rd August 2026):****Position 1** – Learning Support Assistant for 27.5 hours per week (Actual Salary - £16,024 to £16,278)Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:45am - 3:15pm**Position 2** - Learning Support Assistant for 15 hours per week, 2.5 hours Midday Supervisor, total 17.5 hours per week (Actual Salary - £8,740 to £8,879 for the LSA + £1,397 to £1,408 for the MDS)Working hours are Monday to Friday from 11:45am-3:15pm**Position 3 & Position 4** – Learning Support Assistant for 15 hours per week (Actual Salary £8,740 to £8,879)Working hours are Monday to Friday from 12:15pm - 3:15pmSome additional hours are available dependant on availability of successful candidates and will be discussed at interview.This is an excellent time to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Stafford Leys Primary School, as we continue to work collaboratively to deliver a high-quality education and meaningful experiences to our children and young people.
