Job summary
A vibrant nursery in Southampton is looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners to join their team. Candidates should have relevant qualifications in Early Years Education and a passion for supporting children's development. The role offers full-time and part-time options with a competitive salary ranging from £25,729.60 to £27,435.20. Qualifications
- Essential qualification in Early Years Education, full and relevant as per DFE.
- All applicants will undergo safer recruitment checks, including DBS clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS standards.
- Be a reliable, proactive team player, collaborating with fellow childcare professionals.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents about their child’s development.
- Foster a stimulating and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
- Ensure documentation and procedures are completed with accuracy.

- Essential Qualification: Level 2, 3, 5, or 6 in Early Years Education (full and relevant as per the DFE list of relevant qualifications)

Hours: Full-time-Monday–Friday, 52 weeks a year
Part-time- 3 or4 day week,52 weeks a year
Salary: £25729.60-£27435.20
Regents Park staff receive an additional £0.30/hour location weighting (this is included in salary above; subject to terms)
