We have an exciting opportunity to join two of our Family Hub Teams in the Newark and Sherwood district area, within Nottinghamshire. This is a great time to join our team as we are transforming our Children's Centre Service into Family Hub Networks. Our work with Children 0-5 years remains part of our core offer and we will be expanding our service offer to 0-19 years (0-25 with SEND).
As part of the Early Years Practitioner role, you will be able to undertake one to one work with parents/carers to meet identified needs and deliver evidence-based programmes, within the Family Hub and family homes.
You Must Have a Minimum Of Two Years Experience Of Working With Children 0-5 And Their Families, An NVQ 3 In Childcare (or Equivalent), Be a Driver With Access To a Vehicle For Work Purposes And Be Able To Demonstrate Sound Knowledge In The Following Areas
