Adept Care Homes provide high-quality residential and dementia care in family-run, Midlands-based care homes. You will be joining the team at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home, a welcoming 59-bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch, offering affordable, high-quality care. As Night Manager, you will oversee night-shift operations, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well‑being of residents while leading and supporting a dedicated team of care staff to maintain excellent standards of care throughout the night.

You will receive a thorough induction along with ongoing online and face-to-face training to support your development. About the Night Manager role;

• Pay of £35,185.00 Per Annum
• 40 hours a week
• Supervise and support care staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to care plans and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee the delivery of personalized care to residents with dementia, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess residents' needs, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and updating resident records accurately.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and continuity of care between shifts.

What we are looking for;

• Previous Team Leader or Deputy Manager experience (essential)
• NVQ 3 in Direct Care is (essential)
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
• Own car required and business miles paid
• Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
• Positive and caring attitude (essential)
