The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quality nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and leading the team in a Level 2 or 3 neonatal setting. Candidates must be NMC registered, possess a neonatal qualification, and have significant experience in leadership roles. This position offers a salary range of £40,617 to £48,778 annually, with various NHS benefits.

Qualifications
