# **The Opportunity**We are seeking an experienced **Property Project Manager** to lead the end-to-end delivery of property-related projects across our national portfolio.Reporting to the **Property and Leasing Manager**, this role is responsible for managing new centre developments, refurbishments, expansions, relocations, de-fits and major capital works. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards, while minimising operational disruption and ensuring compliance across all works.This is a hands-on delivery role that partners closely with Operations, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders to support the ongoing growth and optimisation of the Pacific Smiles network.# **What You’ll Be Doing**### **Project Delivery*** Manage property projects end-to-end, including new developments, refurbishments, expansions and surgery commissioning* Develop project plans, scopes, timelines and budgets, managing risks and reporting on progress* Coordinate commissioning and handover to ensure centres are operationally ready### **New Centres & Network Growth*** Lead delivery of new centre projects in partnership with landlords and design & construction teams* Assess prospective sites and manage fit-outs in line with PSG standards and compliance requirements* Coordinate landlord contributions and fit-out allowances### **Refurbishment & Optimisation*** Deliver refurbishment, relocation and expansion projects to enhance patient and practitioner experience* Identify opportunities to optimise layouts, utilisation and centre performance### **Budget, Contractors & Compliance*** Manage project budgets, purchasing and contractor performance* Negotiate value-for-money outcomes with suppliers* Ensure WHS, building code and healthcare compliance across all works### **Stakeholder Engagement & Improvement*** Partner with Operations, Centre Leaders and external stakeholders to minimise disruption* Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and standardised processes# **What You’ll Bring**You’re a confident project manager with strong property and construction knowledge, capable of managing multiple projects while balancing commercial, operational and compliance requirements.* 5+ years’ experience in project management within property, construction or fit-out environments* Strong understanding of building trades, plans and technical drawings* Proven experience managing budgets, contractors and multiple concurrent projects* Solid knowledge of WHS and regulatory requirements* Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills* Experience in healthcare, dental or retail environments is highly regarded* Willingness to travel to sites as requiredPacific Smiles Group is one of Australia’s leading dental service organisations, with over 120 practices nationwide across Pacific Smiles Dental, nib Dental Care and HBF Dental.
