A leading consumer finance company is seeking a part-time customer service representative in Trowbridge. In this fixed-term role, you will serve as the primary contact for customers encountering vehicle defects, ensuring timely repairs and assistance. Strong communication skills and customer service experience are essential. The position involves 18 hours per week with a hybrid working model requiring in-office attendance two days a week after training.
