Job summary
A leading medical device consultancy in Liverpool is seeking a qualified Clinical Application Specialist to provide technical support for Endoscopy medical devices. The role involves organizing and updating medical devices, facilitating customer training, and managing implementation projects with 50% travel required for customer sites across the region. A strong background in IT systems, software knowledge, and effective communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience utilizing IT systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently or in groups in person or remote.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
Responsibilities
- Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices.
- Facilitate onsite customer training of new equipment.
- Effectively manage instrument implementation projects.
