The Impact You Will Make

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Process Engineer with Continuous Improvement (CI) skills, to join our team and enhance operation efficiency and productivity across the packaging function. This role will predominantly support packaging operations, including serialization.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Identify, lead, and support small-scale CI initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Utilise data‑driven methodology, such as DMAIC and PDCA to improve existing framework and coach operations to do the same.
  • Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of CI initiatives.
  • Present line efficiency data to site leadership and maintain a list of benefits.
  • Work in compliance with company procedures to maintain quality and safety e.g. GMP, EHS, specifications, methods.
  • Support the preparation of detailed and effective documentation to accurately record deviations, to assign and document corrective and preventative actions or facilitate change in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
  • Relevant work experience within the field of the medical device / drug product industry is preferred.
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EMA) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
