Job summary

A major media company based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing a team, resolving payroll errors, and ensuring accurate payroll processing across diverse UK payrolls. Ideal candidates should hold a CIPP Foundation degree and have comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations and the SAP ECC 6 system. This position supports a hybrid work model with a minimum of three days in the office.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of tax regulations and payroll procedures is essential.
  • Knowledge of Payroll Accounting practices and procedures required.
  • Experience with payroll systems is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of four and multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • Resolve payroll run errors and reconcile Bacs files and RTI reports.
  • Calculate Gross to net and manage Debtor Management.
