A leading supplier of mineral-based solutions is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor for its Heathfield site. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning operations to meet production targets, coordinating between teams, and supervising staff. Strong decision-making and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain high safety standards. Processing Supervisor – Imerys Minerals Ltd, Heathfield, Newton Abbot
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
Contract: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (day shift)
An experienced Processing Supervisor is required at our Heathfield Site. The role supports the Site Manager by planning and developing operations to minimise adverse variances from target tonnes and quality, maintaining close relationships with chargehands and operatives to achieve weekly and daily production targets, and deputising for the Site Manager when required.
