We’re seeking a creative and ambitious apprentice to join our content creation team at Kohler Mira. The role is part of our 15‑month Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship, designed to build your skills in brand communication, digital media, and storytelling.

The apprentice will support the Marketing Department by producing engaging content across social media, website, email, and print. You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand Visualisation Manager, Internal Communications, and the Learning Curve Group, gaining hands‑on experience and a solid foundation for a future career in marketing.

• Create social media posts, website copy, email newsletters and print assets against brief.
• Support internal presentations, team briefs and short film production.
• Capture photography at internal events for Internal Communications.
• Use the research platform to test content concepts prior to implementation.
• Manage digital asset organisation and ensure content accuracy in the Digital Asset Management System.
• Apply learning on latest content trends and technologies.

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (A*–C or 9–4), including English and Maths.
• Successful Level 3 qualification (A‑Level, BTEC…) with 96 UCAS points or equivalent.
• Strong interest in marketing content, media and communications.
• Open to learning, adaptable, and eager to develop new skills.
• Demonstrated involvement in extra‑curricular or voluntary work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ideally has a part‑time work or volunteering background showing work ethic.

• Starting salary £17k, reviewed annually.
