Are you looking for a fun, passionate, and supportive team? Do you thrive on managing projects end-to-end and bringing campaigns to life? Are you confident, organized, and a natural decision‑maker?

Full Time, 12 months maternity cover

Salary : up to £38,000 per annum + bonus opportunity, based on experience (OTE: up to £41,800 per annum)

Working : 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend or evening working, time in lieu)

Location : Hybrid with 2 days per week in Winnersh (RG41 5TP) with occasional visits to client offices in London and Leeds.

At REL Field Marketing, we partner with some of the biggest retail names to deliver engaging, creative sampling & events campaigns across the UK. We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering standout client experiences.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full delivery of sampling and branded events projects, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision, quality, and creativity. You’ll work with our clients, internal teams, and field managers to make sure everything runs smoothly, from the initial brief to post-campaign reporting.

This is a hands‑on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to juggle multiple priorities, motivate a tight‑knit team, and deliver consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management – be the main point of contact for day‑to‑day queries, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure briefs are delivered on time with thorough quality checks.
  • Project Leadership – lead and oversee sampling, experiential activities and branded events, from planning through to live delivery.
  • Data & Insight – pull and analyse reports, use data to influence change and present results to clients and field managers.
  • Process Improvement – identify and implement new ways of working, ensuring seamless adoption by the field team.
  • Team Communication – present project overviews and performance results confidently at all levels.
  • Risk Management – develop weekly contingency plans to minimise disruption and ensure smooth operations.
  • Performance Reporting – collate weekend compliance data and activity overviews to share with clients.
  • Mentorship – manage and develop a small team, conduct 1:1s, and provide cover during periods of leave.
  • Collaboration – work closely with the field team, recruitment team and systems team.
What we’re looking for
  • A confident decision‑maker who takes full ownership of their work.
  • Flexible, dynamic and able to adapt quickly to change.
  • Skilled at building rapport and managing relationships across all levels.
  • Experienced in campaign delivery and client‑facing roles.
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting both online (Teams, Google Meet) and in‑person.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients.
What we offer in return
  • Full training and ongoing support to help you excel.
  • Clear career progression opportunities.
  • A collaborative, fun, and rewarding working environment.
  • 23 days annual leave (increasing to 25 after two years) + bank holidays.
  • Benefits package including enhanced pension, life assurance, Perkbox and Taste Card.

Early applications are strongly encouraged as we reserve the right to pause or close this vacancy prior to the listed closing date.
