Job summary
A leading builders merchant company in Aylesbury is seeking a Fleet Controller to manage fleet administration and support compliance. This role offers a fully funded apprenticeship in Transport Supervision and the opportunity for real career progression within transport operations. Candidates should be highly organised and proactive communicators. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. Please send your CV to the provided email.
Qualifications
- Confident with systems and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Enjoys working with drivers and branch teams.
- Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Keep driver and training records up to date.
- Coordinate training and send renewal reminders.
- Manage vehicle compliance and support branches.
- Monitor driver behaviour and support efficiency improvements.
- Investigate vehicle accidents and manage communications.
