A leading organization supporting women in rail is offering a Graduate Scheme for an IT and Digital Services role in Pontypridd. This 22-month program is aimed at recent graduates seeking to advance their careers through a combination of formal learning and practical experience. Candidates should have a relevant degree in IT, Security or Data, and possess analytical and communication skills. Salary: £27,000 per annum, increasing to £28,000 in the 2nd year

The IT and Digital Services Graduate will undertake a 22‑month defined programme which will blend formal learning and practical experience, which will contribute to the delivery of the digital IT strategy, software, and application development.

Please note, to be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post‑graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You’ll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.
Please note, you must hold the relevant right to work in the UK upon successful appointment of the role. We’re not currently able to provide sponsorship.
We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it’s not essential for this role.
