Qualifications

• Experience in a transport office managing multiple locations and drivers.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and O licence regulations.
• Ability to stay calm when making decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for route efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure operational performance meets agreed KPI targets.
• Brief and debrief drivers as required.
• Resolve transport issues arising from customers and drivers.
