The Role

At New Look DC, we are seeking a Compliance Champion to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all instances of non‑compliance are accurately captured and reported, facilitating the appropriate allocation of charges to suppliers. You will work both independently and collaboratively within the Quality Control and Compliance teams, meticulously recording specific and factual data to generate comprehensive reports for the wider business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Flat Inbound processes.
  • Understanding the end‑to‑end journey of products from receipt to pick face or storage locations.
  • Conducting detailed compliance checks on all products when errors are identified by the Inbound teams.
  • Generating clear, written reports and photographic data on all non‑compliant trailers and stock arriving at the DC.
  • Communicating required corrective actions to relevant teams to address non‑compliant stock.
  • Sending report data to appropriate teams via email for supplier feedback purposes.
  • Collaborating with management and support teams to implement best practices in managing non‑compliant stock.
