Job summary
A global asset management firm in London is seeking a highly capable Senior Legal Counsel to join its Legal Funds Team. This role involves supporting the Secondaries Investment Management Team in structuring and negotiating fund investments. The ideal candidate will be a US or UK qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6 years PQE and strong knowledge of private equity fund operations. Qualifications
- US or UK qualified lawyer with 6 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience supporting private funds transactions.
- Strong knowledge of private equity fund structuring.
Responsibilities
- Lead on all legal aspects of acquiring LP interests.
- Negotiate share and purchase agreements.
- Develop controls for legal compliance.
