A leading facilities management organisation is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician for a permanent position covering Birmingham and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance within commercial settings, as they will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
This is a mobile opportunity, covering Birmingham & surrounding areas.
- Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Van & fuel card supplied
- Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
- Participation in an out of hours on call rota (to be confirmed)

- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment
- Qualified to at least City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role within the facilities management industry
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
