Job summary
A major utility company in Manchester is seeking a confident technical leader to oversee the Streetworks audit and laboratory testing programme. This permanent position includes managerial responsibilities, requiring expertise in NRSWA compliance and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, full NRSWA qualifications, and certifications like IOSH or NEBOSH. The role offers 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays and up to 14% employer pension contribution.

- Full NRSWA Supervisor and Operative qualifications.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification for construction site auditing.
- Extensive experience in streetworks auditing, testing and compliance (5+ years).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with proven budget management.
Responsibilities
- Lead all streetworks audits and inspections.
- Manage and develop the Streetworks Compliance Team.
- Act as Laboratory Manager, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Oversee contracts, budgets, and relationships with stakeholders.
- Serve as technical authority on NRSWA and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in streetworks quality.
