• Assess prospective adopters and facilitate the adoption process to ensure children are placed in safe and supportive homes
• Prepare and present detailed reports for adoption panels, providing professional insights and recommendations

• Provide guidance and support to adoptive families, helping them navigate the transition successfully
• Advocate for children’s needs and rights, ensuring their voices are central to decision-making
