In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for clients looking to engage Chinese audiences and act as an advisor on clients’ social media strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media and content strategy, client service, and China’s social media ecosystem.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, gaining insight into their marketing goals and providing guidance on social media strategies (including XHS, Douyin, WeChat, and Weibo). Offer advice on social media management, KOL collaborations, and paid social initiatives tailored to meet their objectives.
• Identify and suggest content pillars that align with brand objectives and audience interests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of diverse projects and the success of team campaigns.
• Work with the team on campaign performance analysis and reporting
• Provide high quality of clients servicing; build and maintain long-term client relationship

• University degree preferable in Marketing/ Advertising or Business related discipline
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in content marketing/ account servicing
• Solid experience in handling China social media platforms e.g. Xiaohongshu, Wechat etc.
• Fluent Cantonese; good command of English & Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal; communication and presentation skills
• Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willing to learn, proactive and customer‑oriented
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Account Manager
