This role will elevate the impact, consistency, and presentation excellence across prospective accounts, ensuring Solution Consulting is a strategic driver of revenue growth, value selling, and supply chain execution business outcomes.Reporting to the SVP of Global Solution Consulting, this role is a key member of the SC leadership team and will align regional execution with the Global Solution Consulting strategy, scaling capabilities, talent development, and sales excellence initiatives across EMEA.# **What a day in life of looks like:*** **Leadership & Strategy:** Build, lead, and develop a high-performing EMEA Solution Consulting team with clear coverage, role clarity, and career paths. Translate global Solution Consulting strategy into regional execution plans aligned to pipeline priorities and revenue goals. Partner with regional sales leadership to drive disciplined qualification, account planning, and pursuit strategy.* **Sales Execution & Customer Engagement:** Ensure consistent delivery of high-impact discovery, differentiated demos, and business value narratives across strategic pursuits. Strengthen presales influence on deal strategy, shaping solution based selling, competitive positioning, and customer value outcomes. Support executive-level engagements for key accounts and global programs.* **Sales Excellence & Operational Consistency**: Standardize presales processes, content, and reporting aligned with global team priorities.* **Internal Collaboration:** Partner with Product, Services, and Marketing to align roadmaps, messaging, and industry stories.
