Job summary
A private podiatry clinic in Watford is looking for a Part-Time Podiatry Associate to assist with growing patient demand. The ideal candidate will be HCPC-registered, capable of working independently, and focused on delivering high-quality patient care. The position starts at one day per week, with potential for increased hours. Earnings will be based on a 50/50 fee split model, linking income directly to patient bookings. Skills
A well-established private podiatry clinic in the Watford area is seeking a part-time Podiatry Associateto support increasing patient demand and provide high-quality clinical care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, confident clinician looking to build a consistent caseload within a reputable long-standing practice.
The incoming associate will initially cover1 day per week, with scope to expand as required. Approximate clinic hours currently needing cover include:

- Deliver routine and advanced podiatry treatments to a loyal, diverse patient base
- Provide excellent clinical care with a patient-centred approach
- Manage and maintain clinical notes to a high standard
- Support continuity of care during a phased transition of practitioner hours
- Work independently as part of a small, supportive team of associates
- HCPC-registered Podiatrist
- Confident working independently in a private-practice setting
- Friendly, professional, and committed to patient care
- Reliable and comfortable managing your own caseload
- Available for at least 1 day a week
- This is anassociate positionoperating on a standard50/50 fee spliton all treatments delivered. There isno basic salary; earnings are directly linked to patient bookings and treatment volume.
