If you already have experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant and can dispense up to multifocal lenses, that’s a fantastic bonus — but if not, don’t worry. You might already have:
- Experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong teamwork and good initiative
- Confidence using IT systems
- Great communication and listening skills
- A willingness to step out of your comfort zone and try new things
- Openness to feedback and personal development
But we’re also very happy to consider inexperienced candidates with strong transferable skills — for example, from retail, hospitality, call centres, care, or any other customer-facing role. If you’re friendly, motivated, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
- Previous work in a fast-paced customer service environment
