We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.About you:* **Full Stack Expertise & Leadership** Proven experience in building high-quality software across multiple languages and frameworks, ideally in a SaaS environment, with leadership capabilities.* **Cloud Proficiency** Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, internal cloud), with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud-based solutions.* **Team Enablement & Coaching** Skilled in guiding teams toward self-management, using modern engineering practices to deliver scalable, accessible, and robust software.* **Technical Ownership & Accountability** Takes full end-to-end ownership of products and outcomes, demonstrating strong decision-making and responsibility.* **Strategic & Agile Leadership** Leads Agile teams strategically, ensuring cohesive cross-team collaboration and alignment with business goals.* **Quality & Security Focus** Champions a quality-first mindset and integrates security principles into all aspects of development.* **Commercial Awareness** Works closely with product and stakeholders to ensure technical decisions align with business value.* **AI Advocacy** Enthusiastic about AI, using it to enhance workflows and drive innovation within the team.* **Technical Stack & Tools** Proficient in technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET Core, PHP, SQL/NoSQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and Docker.* **Mentorship & Career Development** Provides motivational leadership, mentoring, and career development support to team members.### The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
