Job Openings Lead No-Code & AI Platform Engineer (Initially Equity-Only)

Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking a Lead No-Code & AI Platform Engineer (Equity-Only) to take ownership of an existing AI-generated build and prepare the platform for launch within accelerated timelines.

This role requires expert-level capability in no-code development, AI tooling, and workflow optimisation, including the ability to review, troubleshoot, and refine AI-generated logic and prompts.

The ideal candidate will be able to take over an existing no-code platform with minimal documentation, stabilise and complete the build, and prepare the product for beta release.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the current no-code build, including assessment, optimisation, and completion of core workflows.

Review and refine AI-generated components, prompts, and logic to ensure reliability and scalability.

Complete remaining platform functionality (e.g., user onboarding, content upload, profile management).

Implement secure authentication, permissions, and user flows using no-code tooling.

Integrate APIs and external services (payments, storage, blockchain readiness, where applicable).

Prepare the platform for beta testing including debugging, performance improvements, and QA.

Establish documentation, version control, and release processes suited to no-code environments.

Collaborate with DevOps/generalist engineer for deployment and environment setup.

Provide technical recommendations that balance speed, stability, and long-term scalability.

Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering production-ready products using no-code platforms.

Must have excellent command of the English language in all forms.

Expertise in one or more major no-code systems (e.g., Bubble, Webflow, Xano, Softr, Flutterflow).

Experience working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Builder.ai, GPT-based workflows, no-code automation).

Ability to debug and improve AI-generated logic, prompts, and workflows.

Strong understanding of APIs, data modelling, and authentication within no-code environments.

Proven ability to take over existing builds and deliver outcomes without full specifications.

Comfortable working independently under fast-paced delivery timelines.

A delivery-focused builder who can ship fast without compromising stability.

Thrives in ambiguity and can reverse-engineer systems without detailed handover.

Experienced in scaling no-code products beyond MVP without immediate rebuilds.

Collaborative and pragmatic knows when to optimise vs when to re-architect.

Values accountability, transparency, and outcome-driven execution.

Equity-only at present, transitioning to a salaried, full-time role once funding is secured.
