We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our customer’s project — a web-based lease digitization platform. This role combines hands-on analytics with leading a team of data analysts.
Office: remote, European Union, United Kingdom
- 5+ years of Data Engineer/BI experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of Data Warehouse and ETL Principles
- Experience with at least one RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Upper-Intermediate or above level of English
- Proven experience managing or leading a data team is highly preferred. The candidate should have the desire and readiness to take on a leadership role within the data team
- Willingness to lead and coordinate efforts among data analysts and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge in DWH modelling and Data Mart design
- Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to help define and implement innovative data deliverables
- Interview stakeholders to formalize business needs in requirements documentation
- Analyze data sources and design data models for business process performance review
- Analyze business processes to identify crucial data points for measuring business goals, customer experience, and client behavior
- Design narrative presentations for clients about their Data Value Chain and BI solutions
- Develop visual reports and dashboards using BI software
- Projects for clients such as PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, Adidas, and Toyota
